Brand Design Package

The Robinson + Belmont are new housing communities in Fairfax, VA for families and seniors.

The client had a great idea to combine two development projects and build attainable housing where families and seniors would live side by side in the same neighborhood. There are numerous studies showing the benefits for the younger generation and those not so young to live together in close proximity to provide support, companionship, and a sense of familial belonging within a community.

The branding package included brand strategy development, designing unique but similar logos for both buildings, writing taglines and other copy to support the project, defining the color palette and typography, designing a brand guide, and finally a website splash page announcing the project.
